Information for participants
Key points for participation in Slavic Cup 2025.

Deadline July 2.
- You need to register for the event (https://hb-short.com/slaviccup2025).
Deadline July 1.
- To promote your brand/name/lounge you need to make a video business card.
Your video will be embedded in the YouTube version of Hookah Battle, so viewers are introduced to you.
In the video, you will need to introduce your team, tell a little bit about yourself and/or what you do.
Parameters for the video:
- a) FullHD – 1920*1080
- b) in HORIZONTAL format
- c) up to 1 minute in length
- d) in English or any other language, but with English subtitles.
Deadline July 4.
- Provide information about the mix you are performing with, in % ratio. (Brand, name – %)
Example:
Tangiers, Lemongrass – 50%
Burn, Nectarine – 50%

About the event
The event will start on July 13 at 14:00. (Participants should arrive at least half an hour before the start to the stage, having already received tickets).
Participants are a team of 1 to 3 people.
About the festival
The festival will be held in Ostrava (Czech Republic) on July 13 from 13:00 to 22:00, the battle will be held on the main stage from 14:00.
Entrance to the festival is free.

– Only those who are verified in Business Club can vote online.
